AMPICKER automatic sheet separator

The AMPICKER takes tangled linen delivered by conveyor or bag system and separates it piece by piece, so the feeder operators receive one sheet at a time instead of untangling a pile. Linen drops into a hopper, a double picker with independent clamps lifts each piece clear, and a separator conveyor carries it on. All movements are timing-belt driven and the machine runs automatically, controlled from a touch screen.

It handles sheets, table sheets, draw sheets and duvets at up to 1700 sheets an hour, from a 2.1 kW supply and compressed air at 6 to 10 bar. Programs are stored on the touch screen and can be backed up to USB. Options include a batch separator, a bypass conveyor, delivery conveyors, a chute and a lower version, which the datasheet shows at 1100 mm with batch separator and bypass conveyor.
