Overview
The AMFEED range lays sheets, table linen and draw sheets flat onto a flatwork ironer. Suction under the feeding belts holds each piece in place, inlet rollers above the suction box guide it in, and the feeder synchronises its speed with the ironer automatically. Small pieces can be fed side by side across several lanes, and the manual version adds dust collection, a bag for small pieces and adjustable vacuum.
Three versions are listed: the AMFEED-S manual feeder, the one-station AMFEED-PQ and the two-station AMFEED-Q quality feeders. The AMFEED-S feeds at 8 to 40 m/min from a 3 kW supply. The AMFEED-Q adds clipping stations with spreading tension set per program, a touch screen with 100 programs and an acoustic warning alarm, in working widths of 3000 to 3700 mm, or up to 4100 mm as an option.
