Overview
The IRC series is a single-roll flatwork ironer for hotels, restaurants and other sites that finish their own flat linen in a small space. Linen is fed in and returned at the front, so one operator can run it. A chrome-plated roll on heavy-duty bearings does the ironing, Nomex belts carry the linen without soaking up moisture, and a fan under the full-width canopy draws the vapour away. Temperature is set electronically and shown on a digital display.
Four sizes share a 356 mm roll and differ in working width: 1705, 2000, 2550 and 3000 mm. The three narrower sizes run at 1.8 to 11 m/min; the 3000 mm model runs at 2.5 to 11 m/min and has a stronger drive and blower. Every size comes with electric, steam or gas heating; electric models draw 12 kW, or 24 kW on the widest. Options include pass-through unloading to the rear, single-phase power, a cold-roll warning lamp and a CE EMI filter.
