Overview
The IRF series combines a single-roll ironer with its own feeder, folder and stacker, so one line takes flat linen from the washer to a finished stack. Sheets up to 3.0 × 3.0 m are fed on one lane with spreading clamps and automatic brush spreading, and small pieces can be fed by hand on two lanes. Linen gets one or two primary folds and two or three cross folds before reaching a left-side stacker, and a 5.7-inch touch screen holds the settings, with USB backup.
Sizes are set by roll diameter, from 600 mm upwards, each with a 3000 mm working width; the 800 mm roll irons at up to 30 m/min against 22 m/min on the 600 mm and has a 2.2 kW drive. Every size comes as a one-lane or a two-lane folder, the second cross-folding small pieces on both lanes, and is heated by steam or gas. Options include a right-side stacker and a 3300 mm working width for linen up to 3.3 m.
