Overview
The MTF folds and stacks towels and other mixed linen. Suction holds each piece flat on the feeding table, the length folds are made automatically by knife according to the piece’s size, and one or two cross folds follow, by knife and air with reversing belts.
Finished pieces are sorted and stacked on three positions automatically, and a collecting conveyor can carry the stacks away. Programs for each type of piece are set on a touch screen and can be backed up to a USB stick.

Features
- With suction in the feeding table, the towel is fixated before feed into the towel folder
- The length fold is automatic, depending on towel size, and made by French folding with knives
- 1 or 2 crossfold by knife and air with reverse belts
- The towels will be shorted and stacked on 3 positions automatically
- Touch screen is self-programmable to set for each piece the correct program
- Colleting conveyor available for transferring the stacked towels
